Employed by several New England Catering Company's as Pastry Chef with accounts at The Boston Harbor Hotel, Harvard Medical and Divinity Schools and Cafe, Marriott Hotel Banquets and Chef in Corporate Dining, MIT Sorority's, Private Middle School and Foodservice Director-Chef for Nursing and Retirement Community Homes.
